The book is a helpful guide for keeping several Kaizen concepts at your fingertips.4-stars because the tips are too broad and no tools are shared.I recommend this to anyone finding their footing in Kaizen practice. Continuous Improvement Professionals & Experts won't find this book useful.
Very small but good info.
Very short, easy to understand but more examples needed. Examples should involve different industry scenarios like offices, call centers, stores, restaurants, etc.
I wanted a quick reference to understand the basics of Kaizen, so I can "talk the talk". This book is a small booklet, and takes about 15 minutes to read. For my purpose it was perfect. It highlighted it and now carry it a reference.
Great Information, Overpriced for this very small / very short book.
Handy here at work for reminders and to clear the mind of any Mura or Muda.
