I have read at an advanced level essentially all similar texts. This text is mandatory reading and extraordinarily well done.

I find the book pretty superficial, not adjusted to Ob specifics( talking in the beginning of the chapter about pregnancy physiology but then having all the management from guidelines not for pregnant is not what i was looking for). I found also wrong formulas as stated by somebody before, ex: plasma osmolality has BUN/18 rather than BUN/2.8.
Disappointed with the number of typos in text, figures and tables and some updated information (for example, last HIV update from aidsinfo site is from 2009?)
This is the "Bible" for all of us who specialize in critical care obstetrics as I do
