Keller produced the definitive commercial video tutorial series for PixInsight and published the first edition of Inside PixInsight with Springer in 2016.

I bought this book as the recommended PixInsight primer. The book contains a wealth of information and really helped me get started. While the examples, etc. are fairly straight forward with suggested settings and screen shots of the various scripts and processes, it does jump around a bit in places and I've had to do a lot of thumbing around to stay on top of what's happening. Combined with information available online, this books has proven well worth the cost for me as a beginner.
I have the first edition and decided to purchase the 2nd edition due to its expanded content in eBook form directly from Springer. This book is a treasure trove of information. It will make using Pixinsight, which has a steep learning curve, very intuitive.I'd also like to add that when going through the book I had a question. I emailed the author, Mr. Warren Keller and he got back to me immediately. Now that's amazing customer service. He is a true asset to this community and has contributed another amazing book. What are you waiting for? Just buy it already!
From what I’ve determined. The book should be a nice addition to the program, but the October 22 date is misleading. The publisher release date for this book is December 18 so maybe we’ll see it before Christmas.
